This place is awesome, since day 1 everyone, instructors and members alike were so welcoming and friendly. TONS of classes appropriate for all fitness levels. I love this place, and they offer class cards for people who want to use it to supplement their other gym habits.

Unite4Fitness is a great place to work out. It’s more than a studio....it’s a family. Lauren and Tina, the owners, are amazing fitness instructors. They offer a wide variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels. They really care about their clients and have a large loyal following. Wonderful place!!!

JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I never enjoyed going to the gym but this studio is wonderful. People are friendly and instructors are just outstanding. Highly recommended!!!!
