Staff at all Trew locatiobs are kind and helpful. I went to order a used item online, they had the item listed incorrectly and offered me the same item, brand new at a similar price to the used one. This company is great!

I'm totally happy with Trew. They were recommend in a forum dealing with television and film production, so I gave them a try. It's true -- the service is outstanding. Jose, one of Trew's sales reps, went out of his way to research a special part for me, and offered well informed, helpful recommendations for audio gear. And on another occasion, I got a comprehensive, same-day email from Forrest in their service department with a solution to our wireless transmitter problem. I'm truly impressed with their focus and attention to detail. Trew is the place to go for production audio equipment and service.
